GAY GOLDEN GLOBES

I am thrilled that my "people" =+) were well represented in this years Golden Globes - with Brokeback Mountain winning 4 awards (the bigggest winner) including best picture (drama), best director Ang Lee, best screenplay (all of which I predicted) and best song. Fantastic.

Philip Seymour Hoffman more than earned his best actor award for his work in Capote. Rounding out the awards for gay characters - Felicity Huffman won for her work in Transamerica.

It was a great show and I'm so glad a lot of my predictions & hopes for winners came true especially S. Ephatha Merkenson, Mary Louise-Parker, & Desperate Housewives.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Brokeback now has one more stop at a major awards show (Screen Actors Guild) before I hear "and the Oscar goes to..."
